I created The Braless Lush Podcast because in 2020, I blinked and 50 showed up—dragging gravity, reading glasses, and a deep appreciation for early bedtimes. Along with my own self-doubt about what this new chapter meant (especially during a pandemic - no milestone party for Laura), I had a lot of time to think about my "next." Years of the daily corporate grind, putting my dreams and hobbies on hold and realizing that too many women over 50 forget just how damn FABULOUS they are.

 

This podcast is a rallying cry for reinvention, for unapologetic joy, and for embracing your “screw-it” strategy—where we unhook from the things that no longer serve us (yes, bras included) and dive headfirst into what does.

 

Whether it's finding new passions, rediscovering confidence, or simply giving yourself permission to take up space, this is the place where we celebrate midlife as the most exciting chapter yet. So, pour a glass, get comfy, and let’s toast to living lush, laughing loud, and never looking back.
